About this apartment rental
Spacious top floor condo offering a nearly 180 degree ocean view from
a large private lanai overlooking a free form pool and spa tub with
lava waterfall.
This roomy 1600 square foot unit is newly air conditioned and features a condo wide glass wall
opening the generous living room and dining area to the beautiful ocean view.
The downstairs bedroom has a comfortable California King bed. A 4x9
foot walk-in shower and double sink counter complement the large
downstairs bathroom.
An upstairs loft has been added and now the condo has available a
second large bedroom, a full bath and small sitting room. This added loft
area is separated by a locking door at the top of the stairs --
making the condo available as a one bedroom OR as a two bedroom
to offer extra space and privacy for two couples or children.
All linens are provided.
Also included are: WI-FI access, full size washer/dryer, and fully
equipped kitchen.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.

We loved our 9 days in Kona at this great condo. Claudia was wonderful to work with and very easy to contact. I really appreciated the extra information and notes on how to use everything in the condo. The space was perfect for our family of four and the kids enjoyed their own private space in the upstairs room. The best part was the HUGE lanai with tons of space to relax and enjoy the view of the water. Being on the 3rd floor was also nice to have the best views and the large vaulted ceilings. Mahalo!

The view is excellent with an ocean view from the living area & lanai. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals if you wish to do so. The condo is very comfortable with a large tv in the family room. The carpet is exceptionally clean & fresh. The host is just a call away for any questions. The only issue we had was the construction noises for the renovation of the pool beneath the condo for our entire stay. Also there is no designated parking space for this condo, we were here during the marathon. So with parking spaces being blocked for the construction of the pool and the marathon guests, parking was limited.

The condo is super spacious for our family of 4--two adults and two kids, very clean, and has plenty of kitchen utensils that allowed us to prepare a few meals while staying in. The resort also has plenty of amenities that we enjoyed--shuffleboard, tennis, sand volleyball, fitness centers, BBQ grills, and pools. Claudia is super responsive in responding and communicating before, during, and after our stay. We had a fabulous time staying at Keahou Gardens in Bill and Claudia's condo. Hopefully the place is available the next time we come back.
