The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed – it felt well cared for and thoughtfully equipped.The pool area was one of the highlights: spacious, beautiful, and perfect for both play and relaxation. We really enjoyed spending time there as a family.There are quite a few house rules, which might feel a bit much at first, but everything ran smoothly, and it’s clear that the hosts put a lot of effort into keeping the place nice for everyone.All in all, we highly recommend this place – and would be happy to return in the future!

The host Guerrino was absolutely amazing! Our flight was delayed and he was in constant contact with us making sure we arrived safely. We were driving from MXP to Cavarzere and didn’t arrive until 1:30am. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and was close to our family in Rovigo. I would definitely pick The Roses house to come back on our next trip to the Venezia area and recommend it to all looking for a central location near the beach and all the amazing attractions nearby.

A very well equipped apartment, very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the large pool and the garden. Each apartment has its own loungers and chairs by the poolside and also on the various terraces and patios.
Our apartment, Daisy, had three more beds in the attic which can be used by children. Great communication with the hosts.
You need a car to get around as the property is a bit of the grid. There are several more apartments some of them facing the garden. Try to get one if those!
