About this house rental
A stone's throw from the wonderful Baia del Sorriso / Baia del Quercetano with a private staircase for going down to the sea, two-room apartment with independent entrance on the raised ground floor in a residential context, quiet and peaceful. Completely renovated, it is composed as follows: kitchenette (equipped with a gas hob with 4 burners, electric oven, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and microwave, dishes, plates, glasses and cutlery,) with dining-relaxation area (TV) with sofa bed that overlooks a beautiful and comfortable private outdoor courtyard covered and equipped with umbrellas and tents with table and chairs for outdoor lunches or dinners; large double bedroom (with the possibility of a 3rd bed) that overlooks another private rear courtyard with drying rack; spacious bathroom with window with shower and washing machine. The house is always cool and well ventilated, however fans are available and the windows are equipped with mosquito nets. From the driveway to the house there is an enchanting sea view towards the Baia del Quercetano. Bed linen and towels not provided (rental on request)
Possibility of parking in the garage. 300 meters from the sea and 500 meters from shops and services. Train station 800 meters away. Pets are not allowed. Excellent starting point for visits to cities of art (Pisa. Siena, Volterra, S. Gimignano, Lucca, Florence), small characteristic villages (Castagneto Carducci, Bolgheri) or places for families (Livorno aquarium, Acqua village in Cecina and Cavallino Matto playground in Marina di Castagneto

Ombretta's place was perfect for my son and I to make the most of a short stay in Castiglioncello. Easy to reach by train from Pisa. A welcome break after a busy weekend in Firenze. The apartment is well equipped and a very short walk to the sea. Beautiful bay & coastal walks around and plenty of places to eat and drink. We enjoyed spending the day at Bagno Roma and playing in the unexpected surf!. The owner was super helpful with arrival and departure plans. Recommended:)

The location was pleasant a little bit of a hike to the beach. Lots of wonderful restaurants, shops within a short walking distance 1-2 km. The restaurants and shops are filled with amazing people such a nice community.

My husband and I had a fantastic time in Castiglioncello. Ombretta was a kind and attentive host. The location of the apartment is perfect for shopping, the beach and stilling through the beautiful Castiglioncello neighborhood.
