The hotel was clean and in a good location, close to the lake and the city center. The room was comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. It was a pleasant stay overall — a good option for a a visit to Kastoria.

The room was warm, clean and comfortable. The facilities are modern. The staff very helpful. The hotel doesn't have a parking but there is a private one next to it and it's not expensive.
The reason I chose this hotel over the others was the spa services. When I got to hotel the stuff told me I had to inform them about me wanting spa services. And so the service wasn't available.
