The house and pool are lovely - very clean, very well equipped and just around the corner from the middle of Bedoin.
The kitchen has a lot of stuff - probably the most of any rental house we've had - and instead of a barbecue there's a really good electric griddle outside.
The boules track is great fun, and although the pool doesn't have a deep end it's a decent size with lots of space around it. We were there for the middle two weeks of July with temperatures often in the mid-30s, so the pool was a glorious 26 to 28.
Bedoin is a truly awesome little town, especially if you're a cyclist. The Monday market is fabulous. The whole area is stunning - a proper mountainous region on your doorstep in one direction, and in the other Avignon and Orange are a short journey away for fascinating days out.
If you're a cyclist you need no introduction to Mt Ventoux: just get on it and do it. A Cinglé is a truly awesome experience, and with the house being where it is the final descent culminating in immediately getting into the swimming pool is something to be savoured :D
One word of advice: the house doesn't come with aircon or ceiling fans and if you're there in midsummer it is HOT. Take some small fans with you to help with sleeping. Also, the mosquitos this far south are vicious - if you're susceptible to this it can really spoil your holiday.
We had a fantastic holiday at La Pomponette and would highly recommend it.

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen mit kurzen Wegen in das Zentrum von Bédoin inkl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Das Haus hat eine Perfekte Aufteilung der Zimmer, falls man mit mehreren Personen anreist.
Das Highlight an heißen Tagen ist der private Pool.
Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Check-In sowie die Abreise haben super geklappt.

Une maison très coquette avec un très beau jardin et une tres belle piscine. Idéal pour profiter du soleil et des baignades. On se sent tout de suite bien comme à la maison. Merci aux propriétaires pour ce partage et merci à Virgine pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. A deuxpas du centre de Bedoin. Une très belle expérience Christelle
