Bright 60m2 penthouse apartment with a view of the mountains of the Lariano triangle with 2 French doors and balconies. Large bathroom with shower and washing machine, large bedroom with King size double bed with cot as needed, living / kitchen with double sofa bed and kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric oven plus
microwave oven, fridge with drawer freezer, coffee machine and small appliances (juicer, toaster, food processor, etc.), crockery pots and everything you need. Reserved parking space in the condominium courtyard.
At 100 meters sports center with tennis courts, volleyball, soccer and pizzeria.
Canzo offers every comfort in a few steps: shops of all kinds, typical restaurants, patisseries and wellness centers.
For trekking lovers a few meters from the apartment there are 7 different paths for itineraries of varying difficulty and duration from less than an hour to 5 hours of walking. In less than 10 minutes you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches of the eastern branch of Lake Como (for those who do not like to move we also have the Segrino Lake in the municipality of Canzo).
Lecco reachable in 15 minutes by car, Bellagio, the pearl of Lake Como reachable in 20 minutes, Como in 15 minutes, do not miss its medieval center, from Como in less than half an hour you can reach the most beautiful places in Italian Switzerland: Lugano, Bellinzona and its castles, Locarno etc.
Milan at 50km, easily reachable by train, Canzo station 300 meters from the apartment, the Lombard metropolis has much to offer tourists.

Es erwartet ein entspannter Vermieter mit seiner Frau, in einer sehr ordentlich und super ausgestatteter Wohnung, sogar ein Frühstück wurde für den nächsten Tag in Form von Keksen, Milch, Kaffeepulver etc.gestellt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet, wer mag kann durch die Sonne morgens geweckt werden, oder die Schalouisen zu machen. Zwei Ventilatoren und eine Klimaanlage sorgen für kühle Luft bei warmen Tagen, oder einfach die kleinen Balkontüren aufreißen, dann geht ein guter Wind durch.
Wer mag genießt die Aussicht oder kann Wandern gehen, was direkt von der Haustüre geschehen kann. Wer jedoch schwimmen gehen mag muss das Auto immer anmachen.
Die Einfahrt ist für italienische Kleinwagen ausreichend groß, für große Busse ungeeignet. Eine Garage wird als Parkplatz gestellt.
Der führsorsame Wohnungsbesitzer bietet ausreichend Ideen für Restaurants und Unternehmen und steht jederzeit für Fragen offen.
Die Aussicht ist echt schön, da das Haus am Hang mit Fenstern nach Nord/Nordost.
Durch viele Fenster jedoch sehr hell.
Die Anreise funktioniert problemlos, da der Schlüssel in einen abgeschlossenem Kasten geworfen wird.
