About this apartment rental
Find the best location at Parkside Place, 2 bedroom condo, sleeps 4. Walk off our deck and find yourself at the pool, lake, or boat dock. WiFi included. Completely redecorated. Condo is on the lower level with a beautiful view. Our building has an elevator for your convenience. There are 6 steps to go down after getting off the elevator.

Condo offers a full clean well equipped kitchen furnished with dish washer, refrigerator, stove, oven, garbage disposal, ice maker. Enjoy the comfort of the sectional couch in the living room with a leather recliner, a flat screen tv with a DVD player. Also, washer and dryer provided.
Master bedroom furnished with king size bed, dresser, night stand, tv, private bathroom, closet, and sliding door leading to deck. Second bedroom furnished with twin beds with new mattresses, dresser, night stand, and closet.
Nice patio furniture with an rlectric grill on deck with a great view of the lake and pool. All gas grills had to be remived due to new Fire Protection Law. There is good crappie fishing off the dock and also place to clean fish at end of each dock with running water.
Besides the perfect view, Condo is in the best location for all attractions including shopping, grocery store, golfing, dining, catch a movie, and on and on. Property just off Passover Road, within a couple minutes from the outlet mall! Such a great location by boat and land. Located 1/2mm grand glaze arm. You will not be sorry choosing this condo whether it's a family vacation, girls shopping trip, guys golfing, fishing trip or just to relax.

Super clean, exactly as listed! Such a peaceful place and the lake view out the living room window and while sitting on the porch was perfect. The pool was super clean and great chairs for laying out. We will be back!

We have been staying at Marsha’s condo yearly for the past five years. It is cozy with great views of the lake and in a perfect location. Communication with Marsha is always great. Highly recommend!
