The yard was nice for kids to run around, the location itself was quiet and it was pretty clean.
The place we stayed could use little more attention to details and maintaining things that makes every stay better.
-The first day bathroom door handle just fall off but host fixed it, and the door is closing loudly and squeaks.
-The main bed was so extremely squeaky that even slightest movement made horrible noises.
-Would be nice to patch up the mosquito nets so they don't come during nights.
-Weird smell was coming in constantly from outside.
-Old pipes in walls, very annoying squeals like sounds when using water.
-The room downstairs was kind of depressing and no one wanted to sleep there. Sometimes damp mossy smell was coming from there. We ended up taking one mattress upstairs and host gave us baby crib to put in the main room. It was cramped but we survived.
- Old people living or something above the apartment, moving stuff and dropping things late at night, washing machine was also annoying jumping above you during the night, and of course the squealing pipes.
In general you can see very fast and sloppy paint job and other quick fixes to keep the place running, and for this price I think the place it should be better.

We loved the location near the beach and the amazing and peaceful garden and the kindness of th e host.

The garden was amazing and the seating area in the barbeque area.
The house was very small, impractical and limited facilities. Very basic electric appliances and poor refurbishment. The host said that every 3 days they changed sheets and towels. They did only once.
