Sehr sauber und schön. Alles dabei, was man so braucht.

Ein paar Sachen waren kaputt, dass darf für diesen Preis nicht sein.

Very comfortable accommodation with great facilities. Well-set up for entertaining with a large barbecue, a large outdoor dining area, and a nice pool. The upstairs and downstairs are separately accessed (2 bedrooms on each level) and so it works very well for multiple families.

It is a little bit outside of the main area of Biograd.

We were two families with five kids and three dogs and we spent great time over the new year holidays. This is a great place for families or groups. Host is very kind and willing to help if needed. The villa itself is magnificent with a lot space, well equipped, sense for details, great garden and we were welcomed with many goods for adults and kids, like wine, fruits, sweets, candies, etc. We would definitely recommend the place even though it is not completely next to the sea but the distance to the center of the town and the coast is still providing you with the seaside holiday feeling. Definitely a place to return.

Perhaps a vacuum cleaner could be part of the cleaning accessories for those who like to leave a clean place behind.

The Villa was amazing, the owner even better! Perfectly decorated, someone really cared about the details. Each room with bathroom, big kitchen, awesome grill place in the garden. Big pool, beautiful highlighted in the night.

The road is quite close to the Villa and you are not completely hidden when walking around the pool.
