About this house rental
Our house has about 100m2 and is located directly behind the church of St. Leonhard in quiet, sunny location with a fenced garden. The house has a well-equipped kitchen with corner couch and dining table. Electric stove, dishwasher, kettle.
On the ground floor are the kitchen and the living room. Upstairs are two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. In the warm season there is also a bed in the attic. Cot and high chair are available.
Also upstairs bathroom with bath, a second toilet and a small washing machine.
Sheets, towels and Geschirtücher are included.

Lovely mountain house with great ambience. It is exactly what we were looking for. Three excellent ski-touring/skiing areas in the vicinity, not to mention historic town of Hallstadt. Plenty of space, parking, quiet location, we did enjoy our stay.

20 Minuten zu Fuß von Bad Aussee. Traumhafte Lage. Sauber und alles im Haus was man braucht.
Zwei Schlafzimmer und Dachboden mit Bett.
Wir waren begeistert.

Haben unseren Aufenthalt im Haus St. Leonhard sehr genossen. Ein gemütlicher Familienurlaub (2 Kinder: 3 Jahre + 3 Monate) in uriger Atmosphäre. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieterin bzw. Hausbetreuerin war sehr gut. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte kontaktlos. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage und es ist mit dem Auto vieles schnell erreichbar. Würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
