About this house rental
The detached holiday home, built in 1870 and renovated in 2017, is a semi-detached house furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: garden furniture.
Location
Haj pod Klinovcem, 960 mASL. The holiday home is located on an open plot. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally. The house is certified with 3 stars by SVT (Czech Tourism Association). The property is suitable for families with children, and hiking and cycling groups are also warmly welcome. However, the property is not allowed for groups of young people! Due to the location, water pressure may be weaker. Access is via a side road (paved, length 2000 m). In winter, snow chains are mandatory. Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.

Electric heating. Heating also possible in the fireplace. Firewood is not included in the price and MUST BE BROUGHT ALONG. It can be purchased in a shop in Oberwiesenthal.

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat sich uns gekümmert. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt dort. Die Lage ist super.... Direkt an der Skipiste 👍

Die Umgebung ist toll. Der Aufenthaltsraum gemütlich. Die Matratzen sind unbequem, Badezimmer sind funktional aber völlig charme-befreit. Küche spartanisch, kein Geschirrspüler. Wer's rustikal mag ist hier fast richtig. Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe da und hatten keinen Wert auf comfort gelegt. Passt schon. Der Vermieter war nett und hat uns Tipps gegeben.
