We had a truly wonderful stay at this accommodation. The villa is situated in a tranquil location, surrounded by a beautiful olive plantation, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
What We Loved
Impeccable Cleanliness: The accommodation was spotless. Our room was very clean, and the towels were changed regularly, which we greatly appreciated.
Excellent Facilities: The swimming pool and the courtyard were extremely well-maintained and a pleasure to use.
Easy Communication: The host/administrator was very approachable, and communication was smooth and effortless throughout our stay.
Location Access: Access to the beach is very easy, taking only about a 10-minute walk.
Great Local Food: The local tavernas offered exceptionally good food at very reasonable prices compared to other resorts on the peninsula.
We highly recommend this location, both for families with children and for couples/travelers without them. It's a perfect spot for a relaxing Greek seaside holiday.
Good to Know
Walking Distance: The property is located on the edge of the town. It takes about a 20-25 minute walk to reach the main center area where the tavernas are located.
Developing Area: The town itself is clearly undergoing development and some rehabilitation work was visible, but this did not bother or inconvenience us.
Shopping: For larger grocery shopping, the Lidl in Nikiti is about a 20-minute drive away.

We had a very noisy apartment, due to be close to a main road (90km) . Apartment was above a car park. The bathroom was smelly because of the drainage.

Krásné a čisté ubytování. Skvělý bazén, který už začátkem června měl velmi příjemnou teplotu. Na zahradě BBQ koutek, dětské hřiště. Pan domácí byl velmi příjemný a jeho bar jsme naplno využívali - výborné drinky nebo chlazené nápoje a na výběr měl i jídlo.
Bylo nás 12 dospělých a 2 děti, všichni nadmíru spokojeni. K moři to byla příjemná procházka a ve městě bylo i několik restaurací. Obchody jsou ve městě taky (trochu dražší nám přišly) nebo autem kousek i Lidl.
Moc děkujeme za krásnou dovolenou a určitě doporučujeme! 😊
Určitě by bylo lepší trochu víc vybavit kuchyň. Vařit se dalo, ale bylo to omezené. Chyběla nám trouba, mikrovlnka a možná trochu víc nádobí.

Все супер- затишна оселя, в якій мешканці майже не зустрічаються між собою, дуже чистий теплий басейн, нормальна кімната. До моря недалеко, але треба зважати, що підніматися вгору, з дітьми іноді важко. Навколо немає ні ресторанів, ні магазинів, краще мати машину. Але в самій оселі є міні ресторан, смачні страви.
Мурахи((( Їх дуже багато, а так, як з малими дітьми важко зберігати бездоганну чистоту, то найменша крихта їжі на полу- і одразу ж толпи мурах в номері(
