About this house rental
The natural stone village house is located in the Maremma, in the middle of Tuscany, on a hill in medieval and medieval Caldana, just above the town center.
In the village you will find everything you need via a bakery, magazine shop, supermarket, bars, restaurants, pizzeria and it is within walking distance.
The natural stone village house is max. 4 people can be occupied and has 4 beds. In the beautiful bedroom there is a double bed and in the living area there is an easy-to-use sofa bed for 2 people.
There is also a baby / cot available.
From the bedroom you have access to the large balcony.
The holiday home with approx. 50 m² net living space plus 50 m² balcony and terrace has been fully equipped. a. with air conditioning, washing machine, coffee machine, stove, oven, sink and refrigerator and in particular with enough dishes, glasses and cutlery. There is also a radio and a TV in the house.
There is also a grill on the terrace.
The balcony and the garden terrace are equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture and a parasol.
The house has a garage and a parking space for your car.

Sulla casa e la sua posizione nulla a che dire, pulita e ben tenuta, come descritta sull’annuncio.
Il problema è la mancanza del bidè… in Italia no!
Il self-check-in il non mi fa impazzire ma capisco che è la novità del momento.
