About this apartment rental
The apartment of 45 square meters with large terrace level; composed of kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower cabin. A place to spend your vacation in full relax !! Bright and comfortable, it is located on the first floor of Villa Anna, a private summer residence located in a quiet and exclusive residential area, the Zona Lago, immersed in the greenery of olive groves and orchards 300 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches of the National Park of Cilento, 3.2 km from the center of Santa Maria and at the foot of a hill on which Castellabate stands, one of the most beautiful ancient villages in Italy, proclaimed by UNESCO as a world heritage site.
It was here that in 1811 the King of Naples Gioacchino Murat, in the presence of so much beauty, pronounced the phrase "Here one does not die". In 2009, in the alleys of Castellabate, and the sea of Santa Maria and San Marco, scenes of the famous Italian film "Benvenuti al Sud" were filmed.
Santa Maria is bathed by a marvelous marine protected area that goes from Punta del Tresino to Punta Licosa, a paradise also for diving enthusiasts.
The apartment, ideal for couples, friends and families has:
a large terrace level, where you can spend relaxing moments enjoying sunset aperitifs, dinners and good wine:
a modern kitchen that leads directly to the terrace, to cook tasty dinners to enjoy outdoors with friends or family.
The kitchen is complete with utensils, dishwasher and oven.
a modern bedroom, furnished with a very comfortable large double bed (160x200cm) and a wardrobe with drawers, bedside tables complete with lighting and a mirror. The room has a window that leads to the terrace.
the smaller bedroom furnished with a very comfortable queen size sofa bed (150x200 cm), a wardrobe with drawers and a small table for objects. Comfortable for both an adult couple and two children.
Living room is furnished with a space-saving table, a comfortable sofa and a TV system
A large bathroom with window, equipped with all the accessories, with large shower cabin (80x105 cm)
A recent technology washing machine, exclusively for guests,
located in a covered area outside the house on the ground floor of the Villa.
Free parking inside the Villa, guests will have 2 parking spaces available.
To access the apartment you need to climb stairs.
Guests will be given access to an outdoor shower at the apartment (with hot water) located on the ground floor of the Villa for common use with the owners. The shower can be used freely at any time.

Sea lovers: they can do water sports, diving and rent boats to spend days at sea in the waters of the Punta Licosa reserve and the nearby bay of Ogliastro Marina.
To visit Castellabate, its Marine hamlets and the nearby villages of the Cilento National Park we recommend the use of cars or motorcycles.

Very nice apartment with a huge terrace and near to the beach and local infrastructure (Pizzeria, Supermarket), althogh a car is recommended to reach more attractions.
Weather in October was warm as the water of the Mediterranian Sea.
Ciro is a very friendly host and always ready to help or to give advice. Thank you, Ciro! We really would Like to come back sometimes.

We had a great stay in this property everything you could possibly need .the apartment was spotless throughout.
The area does have mosquitoes but Ciro provided lots of anti mosquito equipment . The views of the countryside from the enormous terrace were amazing . Ciro was an excellent host and even sorted out a parking ticket problem we had. The washing machine was a boon as we didn’t have to bring any dirty washing home. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach which had lots of sun loungers and were exceptionally clean no cigarette ends to be seen. It does cost 20 euros a day but it is worth it . A couple of bars and a fabulous pizza restaurant five minutes walk away . You would need a car to go to the lovey town of Santa Maria for more restaurants etc .
We loved our stay however the only thing that would make it perfect would be air conditioning in the bedrooms. The fans are not adequate when it is really hot and humid.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo appartamento per una settimana con due adolescenti (quattro ospiti). Ci siamo ritemprati dal caldo cittadino.
L'appartamento ha tutto ciò che può servire per un confortevole soggiorno(cucina attrezzatissima, asciugamani, lenzuola, sapone e carta igienica)la zona è tranquilla e si dorme serenamente.
Il terrazzo è molto ampio con una zona pranzo e una relax con delle poltroncine molto comode. Bellissime le ceramiche che arredano la casa.
La descrizione dell'appartamento rispecchia perfettamente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in quattro (due adulti e due bambini) e siamo stati proprio bene. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort (lavastoviglie, phon, ventilatori, parcheggio interno, etc...)
molto pulita e in posizione tranquilla, ma vicina alla spiaggia, che è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Abbiamo poi particolarmente apprezzato la splendida grande terrazza dove abbiamo trascorso gran parte del tempo. Un grazie speciale a Ciro per la sua disponibilità e presenza sempre discreta. Il Cilento è una terra bellissima tutta da scoprire e questo appartamento è un'ottima soluzione per vivere giorni di relax al mare e per esplorare questo territorio.
