It is located in the spa district of Bad Kreuznach, just a few meters from the spa park, the crucenia thermal baths, the spa house and the health center. The city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

Die Wohnung war sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist im Kurviertel und am Kurpark, Tiefgaragenplatz und Aufzug vorhanden.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, zum Besuchszeitpunkt sehr ruhig, sehr gute Lage-zentral, hell und ruhig und auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen- sehr gute Nähe zur Therme. Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr gut, bequeme Betten, kleine gut ausgestattete Wohnung vor kurzem komplett renoviert. Bad mit fast ebenerdiger Dusche.
Das Haus hat einen leisen Aufzug bis zur Tiefgarage.
Sehr empfehlenswert.

Von unserem Vermieter fühlten wir uns gut vorbereitet und betreut.
Wir wurden von diesem auch sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen.
Lage war optimal, da direkt am Kurpark. Die Ausstattung war hochwertig, super neues Boxspringbett, Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher von hervorragender Qualität. Leider fehlten für die Balkonstühle die Auflagen.
Ratsam wäre ein Sonnen/Sichtschutz am Küchenfenster. Italienische Restaurants wie z.B. La Perla direkt am Haus, nahe gelegen das Fiume und Bella Vista. Auch waren wir im Hotel-Restaurant Quellenhof und im Gasthaus Krone sehr zufrieden. Das Salinental, der Kurpark, die Altstadt und der Schlosspark sind einen Besuch wert.
Da wir mit der Unterkunft mehr als zufrieden waren und Bad Kreuznach ein Urlaub wert ist, haben wir bereits für das nächste Jahr bei obigem Vermieter wieder gebucht und können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen.
