The apartment: The spacious living room in Austrian style is equipped with TV (satellite connection, DVD player) and. Radio / CD player, internet. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, induction cooker, combination microwave, coffee machine, toaster. The large bedroom has a 2 persons bed with 2 separate mattresses that you can put. In the living room Sofa bed for 2 pers. The bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, shower / hairdryer. On the sunny side of the apartment there is a six meter long balcony with 6 chairs.
The guest room is in the basement
(separate from the apartment and is located in the basement and is not suitable for children younger than 13 to sleep alone).
The guest room can be reached through the central staircase. In the guest room there is a living / bedroom with a 2 person bed with 2 single mattresses and 1 bunk bed. TV, DVD / radio / cd player present. In the kitchen / bathroom there is a toilet, shower, sink and. a kitchen with a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster.
Also 1 are men and women. 3 women's bicycles and 2 sleds present.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist tatsächlich alles vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. In den Ortskern läuft man 10/12 Minuten. Tolle Wanderungen sind auch direkt von der Wohnung möglich. Die Gegend ist einfach nur traumhaft schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war wunderbar. Die Wohnung an sich ist prima, schöner Balkon, bequeme Sofas/Stühle, Küche gut.
Das Kellerzimmer ist wirklich Keller. Hinter 2 Stahltüren. Alleine - auszuhalten wenn man nicht an Platzangst leidet. Zu mehreren kann ich mir das nicht als angenehm vorstellen

Kleine, gemütliche Wohnung, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.
Und wer absolute Ruhe sucht ist hier gerade richtig.
Bei Fragen ist ein sehr freundliches Hausmeisterpaar vor Ort.
