About this villa rental
The villa in the village of Christos is located on a hill slope overlooking the neighbouring mountains,the sea and a lush green garden.
it is a two storey Patmian house fully furnished in Patmian style.
opposite to your entrance,you find a private parking for your car .from 2 of your 3 terraces you have a wonderful sea view.The 3rd terrace is a chill out area with a sofa and table. an other area with table with chairs under trees and a hammock with umbrella for your use
Driving distance to 2 different beaches each 2 min.
Walking distance to Kambos beach 10 min
Walking distance to lambi beach 20mib Skala the port 6km

3 bedrooms and on the first floor,there is a sofa bed which converts in a comfortable double bed with an overhead fan and air conditioning so in total 4 bedrooms

living room(devidiable in 2 rooms) air conditioning and a overhead fan .in the living room there is a sofa bed which converts in a comfortable double bed for 2 could be closed with a curtain so you have an extra bedroom

pick up transfer from the port with 1 car for your luggage and back to the port,in case of different arrivals/departures i will pick first and last guest

the house easily sleeps 6 -7 persons and a babybed and crib is availiable
The living space is about 130 sq2 plus 3 terraces and garden
there is a possibility to rent extra/ seperate a small house for 4 pax on the same property. it is not included in the rent of the villa.just to contact me for further information
in greece is a tourist tax 15euro per day for the size of this house to be paid here.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem wunderbar stilvoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht. In der Küche findet man alles, was man so braucht und nicht nur den FerienwohnungsStandard. Auch wenn man wie wir das Haus mit 7 Personen nutzt, gibt es genug Platz für Rückzug, aber auch gemeinsames Essen und Beisammensein - sowohl im Haus wie auch auf verschiedenen Balkonen und Terrassen. Chris kümmert sich liebevoll, um alle größeren und kleineren Probleme und hat bei uns auch mit Dingen ausgeholfen, die wir zu Hause vergessen haben.
Das Haus ist also rundum zu empfehlen.
