The location was absolutely perfect, especially for me being a solo traveller. The hosts were very good at responding to my requests.
The air conditioner made an annoying noise when it was on every 10 seconds or so, the couch was not clean so lucky it was just me as I wouldn’t sleep on it and the shower, it’s next to the toilet so it gets saturated every time it’s used, as well as the mirror and the entire room which was frustrating, lucky for extra towels. The bed was also just foam which wasn’t the most comfortable.

The position is good. Near the city center and bus e metro stop
Maybe there was something broken inside the apartment and the air conditioning didn’t arrive in the bed.

Though a compact place, ideal for just having some personal space for a week in Rome.
The only thing I didn't like was that WiFi wasn't working properly, though I'm sure that could have been fixed had I mentioned it. I used my unlimited data instead. I must mention the building seemed to block a strong data signal, so sometimes had connection issues. By and large wasn't too much of a problem though.

Perfect location and good price.
The room is a bit small, especially the bathroom. The beds are uncomfortable (too soft). The old window can't keep the noise from outside during the night, fortunately it's a quiet street.
