Bisherige Bewertungen wiesen auf die ungünstige Nähe zu einer befahrenen Straße hin. Wir haben einfach die Fenster und Türe zum Innenhof in der Nacht geöffnet und schon waren die Nächte völlig ruhig. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen und fühlten uns total wohl.
Vielen lieben Dank auch an die sehr persönliche und mega nette Betreuung durch die Vermieter.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Für uns negativ war, dass wir nachts das Schlafzimmerfenster infolge des Verkehrslärms nicht öffnen konnten.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und zentral gelegen. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten in der Stadt aber auch fix auf dem Weinberg und kann die Aussicht über Würzburg genießen.

Was mir gut gefallen hat: der Eindruck, der auf den Fotos vermittelt wird, ist realistisch. Qualitativ hochwertig erschien mir insbesondere der Fußboden und das Badezimmer.
Was noch besser sein könnte: Das Bett war nicht 100% vorbereitet, die Wohnung liegt direkt neben einer vierspurigen Straße mit Verkehr auch in der Nacht
