About this villa rental
The fantastic finca "Casa Lilo" with sea views is located on a hill above La Olla, a district of Altea on the Costa Blanca. You will experience a well-kept, almost flat garden with a large lawn, palm trees, olive tree, flowers and herbs of all kinds. The entrance to the property is large, up to 3 cars can fit into it. The large covered veranda is ideal for breakfast, you will be inspired by the wonderful view of the sea! The large wooden table is good for up to 8 people. The private salt water pool with pool shower is large and well-kept - a paradise for children too. You can sunbathe on the terrace in front of the pool, if you like, in the shade with an awning. The house has a kitchen, living room, winter garden, 2 bathrooms with shower, 3 bedrooms, one with a cot and an additional option to sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. The property has an outdoor kitchen, various terraces and even a roof terrace - plenty of space to spend nice evenings. Of course, you have very modern air conditioning in all bedrooms. They have satellite TV, stereo, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and a new washing machine. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds. They are happy to bring their pets with them. There are board games in the house. You have everything you need in the area, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. We particularly recommend a visit to the picturesque old town with its many romantic restaurants and shops, 10 minutes away by car. You can also reach the Altea Club de Golf in Altea La Vella in 10 minutes by car. This is a very beautiful course with a mountain panorama, athletically demanding, 18 holes. In 5 minutes you can reach wonderful small bays with a pebble beach, sandy beaches are in Calpe and Benidorm, each about 15 minutes away. You will also find many beautiful excursion destinations in the area, such as the Ifach mountain, the Sierra de Bernia mountain range and nature reserve, El Castell de Guadalest, Faro de Albir (the lighthouse), Xalon with its popular flea markets, Fuentes de Algar in Callosa d 'En Sarria with its springs and waterfalls, Col de Rates with its unique panoramic view, Aqua Landia for trips with children, an amusement park Terra Mitica, Terra Natura animal park, Mundomar (swimming with dolphins), near Benidorms. Stand up paddling and kayaking on Cap Negret in La Olla, jet skiing, snorkeling, diving, etc. Chiringuitos on the beach invite you to a snack by the sea. A very special recommendation: Take the train 15 minutes away, so that you can get to Altea center without looking for a parking space, Benidorm, Alicante but also to the north it is a pleasure to follow the train line through picturesque gorges and beautiful landscapes to many coastal cities as far as Denia , Additional services: 24h telephone support. This is the second time we are coming in two years. The villa is quiet and functional. The pool is incredible: as it can be closed at night, the water can be very warm, and when open, the roof protects from the sun (very useful for kids notably, but not only). The garden is very nice. The location is quite perfect, close to Altea and Calp while being away from the noisy areas. We had some minor issues in the house when we arrived (things that are expected to happen in the life cycle of such a property) but the owner was available real-time and had all issues fixed in 24 hours. So this definitely still deserves a high recommendation and a 5 stars rating.

La maison est bien équipée, la climatisation parfaite. Nous avons moins aimé la terrasse autour de la piscine (les marches et le revêtement) Patricia est charmante et réactive.

Hemos pasado una semana en familia maravillosa, la casa está en una zona muy tranquila pero con multitud de servicios a un par de minutos en coche. El trato tanto con Karin, como con Thomas y Domi ha sido excelente. La casa está totalmente equipada, no le falta de nada, y la zona exterior, piscina, etc es perfecta para poder disfrutar. La única pega es que solo hemos podido ver canales en alemán, pero eso hasta nos ha venido bien. Estamos deseando poder volver, los días se hacen cortos allí. Gracias Thomas, Domi y Karin por ponernos todo tan fácil.

Mando tarde el contrato, se lo envié firmado, pero por algún motivo no lo recibió y me estuvo aburriendo todos los días con el dichoso contrato que volví a firmar. Hicimos la entrega de llave y mando (por cierto solo un juego) y, tras inspección, le pague el consumo eléctrico a Patricia (125 euros) y no nos puso ninguna objeción sobre nada (limpieza etc.)
