About this apartment rental
The apartment spans two floors, with the 3 bedrooms located on the first floor. Two of the rooms are approximately 16m2 each and feature a double bed, a wardrobe, electric shutters, and SAT-TV. The slightly larger room (about 26m2) includes, in addition to the basic amenities of the other rooms, a sofa bed. The open living/dining/kitchen area occupies the ground floor. The comfortable sofa in the living room can serve as sleeping space for 2 additional guests. In front of the panoramic window, there is a large dining table with a view of the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction stove, and microwave. A coffee machine can be rented in advance. The bathroom on the ground floor offers a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a toilet. Additionally, on the first floor, there is a separate toilet with a sink. The entire apartment features underfloor heating for added comfort.
The exclusive Panoramic View Suite indulges with a sunken whirlpool, exclusively for private relaxation. In the heart of the mountain retreat Hölzlers, additional exclusive wellness facilities await, including a rustic wooden sauna, artfully designed in the style of a circus wagon. (Sauna and whirlpool usage at an additional cost)
Enjoy our cozy communal space with heated ambiance – an inviting place for games and leisure. Table tennis, foosball, and darts are available to all guests for shared entertainment and enjoyment.

Das Haus ist niveauvoll und sehr modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt fast an nichts. Das Einzige Manko wären Bedienungsanleitungen zu den vielen Elektrogeräten. Danke an die Vermieter.

Sehr modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht und noch mehr. Wir waren 7 Personen. Es hat alles gepasst. Gerne wieder.

Wir waren als Familie mit neun Personen von Freitag - Sonntag in der Panorama-Ferienwohnung. Es war ein sehr konfortabler Aufenthalt mit hohem Wohlfühlcharakter.
Seien es die 3 Schlafzimmer in denen jeweils ein toller Flachbild-Fernseher stand, oder die geräumige Wohnküche, in der alles vorhanden war, über den Kaffeevollautomaten, die Geschirrspühle, Waschmaschine, Trockner, bis hin zur einem Raclettegerät, Schokoladenbrunnen usw. um nur einiges zu nennen. Die riesige Panorama-Terrasse mit dem so schönen Blick auf die Berge war einfach nur schön. Ausgestattet mit einem Weber-Gas-Grill und sogar einem Heizpilz war für alles gesorgt. Das absolute Higlight war allerdings der Whirlpool in dem man sitzend nicht nur die herrliche Sonne, sondern auch die Wiese und Berge genießen konnte.
Es war einfach ein rundum tolles Wochenende.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Traumhafte Lage in absolut ruhiger Umgebung mit herrlichem Alpenblick.
Reichhaltige Küchenausstattung, durchgehend qualitativ hochwertige Technik und Geräte, der große Wohn-/Essbereich ist ideal für ein gemütliches Miteinander größerer Gruppen oder Familien geeignet.
Einziger kleiner Punktabzug: Nur ein Bad mit Dusche/Wanne erfordert Organisation!
(Aber das wussten wir vorher ... ;-))
