The tastefully furnished 2½-room house "Rustico alla Spiaggia" impresses with its unique location on the lake with stunning views of Lake Maggiore and the Lombard shore. Highlight of the house are undoubtedly the 3 beautiful, approximately 550 m² large lawns directly on the lake, which are only shared by a small hotel nearby. For relaxation, sun loungers, parasols, tables and chairs are at your disposal. The spacious communal outdoor area is rounded off by the approx. 160 m² large sun terrace. Overall, the two-storey, approximately 70 m² house has a bedroom and living / dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Both inside and outside you can enjoy a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Already in the morning, you can enjoy the fantastic view of the lake from your approx. 10 m² private sun terrace - a holiday can not start any better. Here after a morning swim in the lake with a leisurely breakfast to start the day or end with a glass of wine in the evening - what more could you ask for? Your holiday home also includes free Wi-Fi internet access and a car park. Die Lage ist einzigartig. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber die jederzeit erreichbar sind. Die Küche ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, das Bad eine Wohlfühloase. Einzig der Zugang zum Rustico ist nur für Leute, die gut zu Fuss unterwegs sind. Das war für uns aber kein Problem. Eigentlich sollten wir diese Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen, sonst besteht die Gefahr, dass diese zukünftig für uns nicht mehr zur Verfügung stehen könnte. Denn von solch einer atemberaubenden Aussicht möchten wir nicht nur träumen sondern gerne wieder kommen,

Das Haus liegt direkt am See und man hat von Wohn- und vom Schlafzimmer einen tollen Blick. Die Einrichtung ist o.k, das Bad relativ neu und schön, die Küche etwas einfach eingerichtet, aber wir haben nicht gekocht.
Zur Lage: Schwieriger Zugang. Vom Parkplatz über die viel befahrene Straße, dann steil bergab über einfache in den Grund gegrabene Stufen. Nichts für Leute die nicht so gut zu Fuß sind. Leider kommt man nur mit dem Auto vom Haus weg. Hundespaziergang also erst nach Autofahrt möglich. Das Haus ist das einzige in der Reihe ohne eigenen Garten. Man kann auf der schmalen Terrasse sitzen oder über den groben Steinsand zwei Häuser weiter stolpern zum schönen Garten des Hotels. Nicht so toll.
