About this house rental
The house has a covered pool which is heated by solar panel in springtime, summer & autumn (extension of bathing season), water temperature up to 35°C in midsummer. With sauna and solarium, the holiday house 'Freizeit' presents itself in absolute wonderful location. It has a central position to the well-known skiing areas of western Tyrol. The hut-like atmosphere, is created by integrated farmhouse parlours and the tiled stove makes your holiday something very special. All of this is secure from avalanches. The parquet floors throughout the house provide you with a comfortable well-being In summer, you can enjoy a fantastic scenery at daytime. You lie in the pool and enjoy the wide views of the mountain scenery of Tyrol. The pool can be illuminated by night in summer and offers a great atmosphere for evenings and parties. Why don't you take your drink in the pool? Open-air music is of course part of this. There is nothing left to be desired - high spirits and nice people.
Further Details: Landeck is the ideal holiday town for people searching for relaxation but also the atmosphere of a small town. Here you can visit city festivals, the castle of Landeck, an indoor swimming pool, an alpinist scool, castle concerts, summer festivals and the crystal worlds Swarovski. Experience the visit of an alpine hut, a short trip to Meran (make a stop at Reschensee), a visit at the Swiss duty-free area Samnaun (cheap purchase of alcoholic beverages and tobacco and cosmetics), a trip with the Silvretta-cableway to Galtür through Ischgl or a trip by gondola (e. g. a trip at sundown) on the near Venet to enjoy a summer evening in a panorama restaurant. If you wish, you can have barbecue in the special ambience of the pool lit up underwater, summer parties in near in-restaurants or a sightseeing with tasting in a distillery. In winter, you especially will like the hut-atmosphere. The tiled stove integrated in the house contributes to this atmosphere.
Extended bathing season: We are able to extend the bathing season with the cover of our 8 x 4,50 m large swimming pool and the solar panel. The water temperature in summer is always about 27°C. Even when there is bad weather, you can use the pool because the hall saves the heat and you can enjoy sheltered swimming. Our tip: first go in the sauna, then have a shower and afterwards go swimming. That's pure bathing fun.
Extra offer: As special offer we provide creative adventure with birds of a feather, who share love for art, culture, music, literature and especially for nature. Or do you prefer something sporty? The nearby Alpin-Coaster in Imst is a popular destination for families. It is a mountain railway with much fun and action. Beautiful home with plenty of room for the 11 of us that stayed here for Christmas. The scenery was stunning. Lots to see and do nearby. Martina and Pepe even went the extra mile to have a Christmas tree brought in with decorations for the kids to put on the tree, so they felt at home.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und ausreichend Platz. Der Pool ist super und konnte, dank der Überdachung, auch bei Regenschauern genutzt werden. Bei sonnigem Wetter lässt sich das Dach des Pools komplett wegschieben. Dank der zahlreichen Sonnenliegen und der schönen Loungeecke, fand jeder sein Lieblingsplätzchen. Tina und Peppi sind sehr angenehme und nette Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren als Familie, Großeltern, Kinder und Enkelkinder, zu 12 Personen bei Tina und Franz zu Gast. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ansprechend eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und durchdacht. Die Ankunft und die Einweisung in das Haus durch die Eigentümer war sehr herzlich und informativ. Alle Einrichtungen des Hauses waren für unsere Gruppengröße komfortabel. Die Nähe zu Landeck, 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, ermöglicht sämtliche Einkäufe zu tätigen. Das Haus und der komfortable Pool (durch Überdachung und Beleuchtung bei jedem Wetter nutzbar) sind für alle Altersgruppen geeignet! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

I booked this property for five guys on a motorcycle trip using the villa as a base to travel round. The property is very clean , in an excellent location with stunning views and the hosts Tina and Josef and a lovely couple. Bed linen and towels are supplied for a small extra charge. The house is a great size with plenty of seating areas. Travel into the town is not far but a taxi ( is to get) is probably advisable. Local restaurants and bars are great with plenty to choose from. We decided to collar the villa on a few nights and really enjoyed it, having a glass of wine , cooling and looking out to the mountains. From the house we had bike rides around the wider area which was fantastic. We also travelled to lake como , Switzerland Germany and Lichtenstein I would definitely recommend this house whether you are skiing, motorcycling , mountain or just touring You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Tina and Josef.
