Apartment house "Vesela", surrounded by meadows. In a quiet, sunny position, 800 m from the sea, from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: property 1'300 m2, garden with trees, meadow. Badminton, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: internet access, trampoline. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1.2 km, restaurant 1.2 km, bus stop 8.2 km, shingle beach 1 km, rocky beach 800 m. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, tennis 2 km, walking paths from the house 500 m. On the children's playground badminton net.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ausser die Küche, wenn man wirklich kochen möchte sollte man einiges von zu Hause mitnehmen (Kochbesteck usw.) Die Schlüsselverwalter war sehr sehr nett. Einziges Manko ist leider ein nicht weit entfernter Hundezwinger. Wir hatten im Großen und Ganzen einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank

Allgemein:
Die Unterkunft haben wir als Zwischenstation für unser eigentliches Ferienziel in Mitteldalmatien benutzt, um einen Grenzübertritt zwischen Slowenien und Kroatien am Samstag zu vermeiden (was ich nur jedem Urlauber mit Auto empfehlen kann). 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (5 u. 3 J). Reise in Corona-Zeit.
Positiv:
- freundliche Vermieterin
- großes, kinderfreundliches Gelände, weit genug weg von der Hauptstraße
- Ausstattung ausreichend und zweckmäßig
- sehr kostengünstig
- kein Verkehrslärm
Negativ:
- sogar für kroatische Verhältnisse extrem viele Stechmücken
- zwei Restaurants noch fußläufig erreichbar, für den Rest ist aber Auto erforderlich (Einkauf, Abhebung, Strand) – zumindest mit 2 kleineren Kindern
- extrem störend: Hundezwinger in unmittelbarer Nähe – Gekläffe zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit
Ohne Bewertung, da für uns nicht relevant:
- kein WLAN, aber ausreichend starker Mobilfunkempfang
- Ausziehsofa im Wohnzimmer und Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer, Unterkunft für mehr als 2 Erwachsene nicht geeignet
- kleiner Balkon dabei
- Klappjalousien und Vorhänge, aber keine Rollos
Für einen Zwischenstopp eine ideale Unterkunft, vor allem preislich und weil eben nicht Samstag angereist werden muss. Einen kompletten Sommerurlaub würden wir aber nicht empfehlen.
