The village and the property are super picturesque and the surrounding mountains and forest walks are ideal. The apartment was very tidy, well-kept and useful for a party of 4 (although the sofa bed made the living room a little packed). The owner was friendly and provided good tips about the area.

Eine sehr schöne gestaltete Unterkunft in einem mit viel Mühe renovierten denkmalgeschützen Fachwerkhaus direkt am Rothaarsteg. Optimaler Ausgangs- oder Etappenpunkt zun Wandern oder für ein verlängertes Wochenende!

Großartig! Empfang toll, Wohnung aussergewöhnlich und Aufenthalt nicht zuletzt wegen des schönen Wetters super. In der Ferienwohnung fehlt es an nichts! Wir empfehlen sie uneingeschränkt!

Dank des Baudenkmals Ornes durften wir 5 entspannte Tage im Sauerland doppelt genießen.
Ein hervorragende Lage ermöglichte optimales Auskundschaften der Umgebung (Langenberg, Olsberg, Bruchhauser Steine, ...) und eine urgemütliche (unter Anderem den niedrigen Decken geschuldet), ruhige und sehr saubere Wohnung mit super Aufteilung half beim Regenerieren nach langen Wanderungen.
Flur: sehr einladend mit einer kleinen Bank und einem Jacken-Schrank.
Küche: kompakt, praktisch, sauber, sehr neuwertig.
Wohnzimmer: gemütlich, gut ausgesattet mit Medien.
Schlafzimmer: kühl (im positiven Sinne :) ), gemütlich, praktisch (großer Schrank und stummer Diener) und ein super Bett für erholsame Nächte.
Badezimmer: das Glanzstück zum Schluss... eine Riesen-Dusche zum entspannten Überhitzen der Muskeln nach der Wanderung ;), eine gemütlich und gut geschnittene Wanne, viel Platz, viele Handtücher, schönes Licht, gemütliches Ambiente.
Alles in Allem: Top, 5-Sterne, unbedingt zu Empfehlen, ...
Zudem war Herr Koch als Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und informativ.
Mit seiner Erfahrung in der Hinterhand sind Langeweile und Orientiereungslosigkeit im tollen Sauerland unmöglich.
