New 4,5 room apartment, ca. 140 m², on the first floor. Entrance with hall stand. Living-/dining roomwith TV, radio and CD. Balcony with view of the mountains. Open kitchen with oven, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. One double room. One double room with TV/DVD and south facing balcony. Bathtub/toilet/sink and bidet. Second bath with shower/toilet/sink and bidet. One double room with shower/toilet/sink and bidet. Nicely furnished. Shared washroom. Garage spot. Arrival Saturdays.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Demont is a newly built apartment building. Restaurant, ice rink and bus stop (busses to St. Moritz, Samedan & Pontresina) are near by. The Celerina cable railway are a short 5 minute walk away. The cross country tracks are 5 -10 minutes walk away.
