Absolutely quiet, away from the bustle of everyday life, our hamlet is surrounded by meadows and fields above the Waginger lake. The apartment has 2 rooms, a double bedroom and a living room with kitchenette, sitting area and sofa. Through the wonderful pine floorboards and spruce top, stylish and high quality furnishings, the apartment is a cozy retreat even in bad weather. It is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation, furnished. The property is spacious and offers many opportunities to sit outside or lie and just enjoy the wonderful nature. The Waginger See lake is 4 km away and can walk, are easily reachable by bike or by car. In Waging 2 km away there are all opportunities for shopping or romantic "going out" and mountain lovers can reach a variety splendid Bergtour- or Ski in just 20 minutes. In good snow conditions provides the Wonneberg beautiful cross-country skiing right on our doorstep and in summer a variety of routes for cyclists and hikers. Whoever wants to take once a Kurlturtag can visit in just 30 minutes the beautiful Salzburg or make a trip by train nachj Munich. The beautiful town of Traunstein Tittmoning and are always worth a visit. In summer, its typical city places with Italian flair, a beautiful setting for a latte or an ice cream, in the winter they enchant with their atmospheric Christmas markets. Anyone who wants to delve into the medieval castle world, should not miss the longest castle in Burghausen 20-minute drive away and who Höhlenfan is coming in the not far distant Bad Reichenhall salt mine at his own cost. Liebevoll gestaltetes altes Bauernhaus - ja die Räume haben kleine Fenster, dadurch nicht sehr hell. Wie das bei alten Bauernhäuser in der Regel ist.
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
Es ist alles gepflegt und sauber.
Der Außenbereich ist großzügig, wunderschöne Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten. Genau wie der Innenbereichen sehr gepflegt..
Wir konnten draußen unter Obstbäumen frühstücken und Abends den Sternenhimmel in Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit genießen. Tagsüber Ausflüge in die Umgebung.
Sehr erholsam. So haben wir uns den Urlaub vorgestellt.

Alles in Allem war unser Aufenthalt angenehm in der Ferienwohnung. Wir wurden nett Empfangen, unsere Wohnung war sehr sauber und großzügig, jedoch leider unheimlich dunkel und hellhörig (unser Hund schlug morgens regelmäßig an).
Der Aussenbereich war dafür umso schöner und bei tollem Wetter eine absolute Oase.
Ein paar Dinge haben uns leider gefehlt; es gab kaum Einweisung in die Örtlichkeiten. Wir wussten erst auf Nachfrage wo wir unseren Müll entsorgen konnten (eine Tonne für alles!?) Zum Fegen in der Wohnung wurde leider erst auf Bitten zumindest ein Kehrblech bereit gestellt.
Wir sind aufgrund des leider schlechten Wetters und der düsteren Wohnung etwas eher abgereist. Haben unseren Aufenthalt aber trotzdem genießen können.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühls. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
