About this apartment rental
It is a holiday resort, popular with our holidaymakers and buyers, in a quiet south-facing location. There is a public beach with a snack bar just 400 m away. The large, well-kept and free swimming pool with snack bar and changing rooms (approx. 25 m x approx. 12 m, weather permitting open from approx. Mid-June to approx. Early September) and the tennis courts (extra charge). The subtropical plant growth, the gigantic unobstructable sea view, the large sun terraces and gardens and the large, sunny balconies are wonderful. Most apartments have their own covered parking space within the enclosed complex. Free parking is available outside the residence. Note: For our high number of parents in this residence, there are mainly two reasons (quality and rental price): these are usually furnished with tasteful private apartments. Since we have already earned our placement commission for the sale of each apartment, we can now offer you tenants free of charge. Studio "B 214" with approx. 47 m² living space, up to 3 persons: Spacious living room / bedroom with double bed (through mattress), extra bed, SAT TV, large bodententie Panoramaschiebbetüren, exit to the balcony as well as magnificent view of the lake kitchen with Microwave and bathroom with bath with shower. 25 m² large, covered balcony with a wonderful view of the lake

Super toller Blick auf den See, ruhig gelegen, tolle Anlage. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Wir haben die Option ohne Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewählt. Kommen gerne wieder.

Die gesamte Anlage ist hervorragend zentral gelegen. Der Ausblick auf den See ist ebenfalls wunderschön. auch die Übergabe der Wohnung war sehr unkompliziert. Der kostenlos zu benutzende Pool ist auf kurzem Weg erreichbar, die Poolbetreiber verlangen jedoch (rechtmäßig?) ein Entgelt von 5 € für zwei Liegen mit Schirm.

Really enjoyed the beautiful view and the large terrace of the appartment. Only the mattresss of the bed was very thin at one side. The lake is very near by and it is a nice spot to swim, not too busy. All the contact with the owner was very good. Would definitely recommend this apartment!
