About this apartment rental
The "Strandflieder" apartment was renovated in spring 2019 and now awaits you with a new vinyl cork flooring, a new kitchen, a new comfortable armchair and new chairs.
From the brightly furnished living room you can step onto the sunny south-facing balcony.
The balcony is equipped with 2 chairs and a table.
The living room has a folding bed (cross sleeper 90 x 200 cm / high-quality 7-zone mattress), a leather couch, an armchair, dining table with 2 chairs, a media cabinet, a display cabinet and a TV with DVD player and a stereo system with CD player fitted.
A selection of books is available for reading.
Free WiFi is available to guests at Haus Seeadler (subject to availability and without guarantee).
The small, south-facing bedroom has a double bed (2x80 x 210 cm) with high-quality single mattresses. The bed is comfortably high; The head and foot section are adjustable in height.
If you cannot fall asleep immediately after a full island day, there is a TV on the wall for entertainment.
In the entrance area there is a large wardrobe and linen closet with sufficient storage space. There is also a cloakroom for hanging coats and jackets. The entrance area merges into the kitchen area.
The kitchen is complete with electrical appliances (4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven with various Types of heating, built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, sense machine, kettle, egg cooker, electric mixer, blender). Glasses, dishes, cutlery and pots are of course available in sufficient quantities.
The spacious, fully tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower with a clear glass partition, a toilet, sink and a mirror cabinet with various storage options. A hair dryer is available for use.
In a small adjoining room there are other useful things such as vacuum cleaners, irons and ironing boards and drying racks.
A coin-operated washing machine and a coin dryer as well as a coin sauna are available in the house.
Our non-smoking holiday apartment is located at the end of Wittdün. Here you arrive by ferry. The house can be reached from the ferry pier in about 10 minutes. You don't need to take your vehicle with you. The nearest bus stop is 100 meters from the house. The entire island can be explored by bus. The beach of Wittdün can be reached on foot in 5 minutes; the Wadden Sea is right outside the door; it is only a road to cross. The Kurmittelhaus and the "Amrum Badeland" can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot; the center of Wittdün with its diverse shopping facilities can be reached in 5 minutes.

Die Wohnung ist zentral in Wittdün gelegen, von der Fähre aus fußläufig zu erreichen. Durch den Balkon zur Rückseite bekommt man von der Straße nichts mit. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein, aber alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr großzügig ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

die Wohnung ist für zwei bis drei Personen gut bis sehr gut ausgestattet, aber vom Raumangebot ( was sich ja direkt im Preis wiederspiegelt) zu klein. Der zweite Raum, das "Schlafzimmer, ist bestenfalls ein halbes Zimmer, das Doppelbett zu schmal und nur von einer Seite aus direkt zu benutzen. Man muß schon krabbeln wollen, wenn man hinein will. Eine Küche ohne direkte Belüftung, ein Bad nicht mal mit einer indirekten Belüftung, das ist einfach zu wenig um in der Vorsaison schon einen derart stolzen Preis zu verlangen. Da wir im Urlaub nicht kochen war die Küche kein Thema, das sehen aber andere Gäste sicher anders.
