Small cozy apartment for short vacation days in Dresden. The approx. 35 m² guest apartment is located in a renovated old building in Dresden Strehlen.
The house has an elevator that can be reached at ground level and leads directly to the attic.
The apartment consists of a small living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a cozy living area. The small bedroom has a 1.60 m wide double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity.
Right next to the house there is a tram and bus connections to the city center of Dresden. The journey takes about 10 minutes.

Clean and modern, lots of light, great location near public transport, stores, etc. Only negative was that a local tax was requested in cash, this should be part of the listing and included in the price.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die von der Größe genau passend für zwei Personen ist.
Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist auch sehr gut verlaufen.
Die Lage ist sehr ideal. Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle sind zehn Meter entfernt und trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung ruhig. Alle paar Minuten kommt Bus oder Bahn und man ist innerhalb von 15~20 Minuten im Zentrum (alles eine Tarifzone).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch sehr viele, schon allein vier Bäcker im von 5 Minuten Umkreis, ermöglichen ein entspanntes Frühstück zu Hause.
Einziger Makel ist die offene Dusche im Bad. Achtung, man setzt ggf. das halbe Bad unter Wasser, wenn man nicht aufpasst. Die Fliesen trocknen aber auch wieder sehr schnell.

Great location and easy access to public transit and tourist destinations. The apartment was clean, nicely coordinated but quite small and lacks sufficient kitchen storage for groceries. Some obvious small repairs were needed. Also we found it hard to get comfortable sitting on the narrow couch, always sliding off. The landlord was supposed to contact us with arrival information 3 days prior to arrival, but after reaching out without response, VRBO support provided direct contact information and we eventually received a reply around 23:00 the night before.
