A lot of things to be appreciated!
Irene is a great host: she contacted us before our arrival, on the way and welcomed us with a great smile and all the information we needed.
The apartment is cozy, with nice design, very clean (she cleaned the apartment each 2 days and changed not only the towels but also the bed sheets and she left us sweet treats each time), comfy bed and pillows, with enough space for a couple and the necessary equipment for a coffee and fast breakfast, if you want, and good wifi.
We had a studio with sea view with a big balcony.
We received a private parking close to the building.
The location is great, a few minutes walk to the beach and many restaurants (i.e. Rodolfo's - the nearest) and the center with a lot of shops.
The beach is sandy with small rocks at the entrance in the sea. You may find various types of sand beds in exchange for food and drinks. There are also portions of beach where you may come with towels and sun umbrellas. You may also find wifi on the beach (i.e. Reveria).
In case you want to sleep with the door from the balcony open, it will be better to use earplugs to avoid all possible noise from the street or from the neighbors' balcony, if you are not lucky to have nice ones.

The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a modern feel that made it very comfortable. It had everything I needed, including a coffee machine, fridge, iron, and more. The balcony was a great bonus to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Most importantly, the host Irene was extremely kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Limenaria!
