About this house rental
Holiday house for 10 people approx. 350 m from the valley station of the Hartkaiserbahn in Ellmau - you can drive to the valley station directly from the front door in good snow conditions.
The house has on the ground floor a bedroom (140 cm wide bed) with shower, refrigerator and washing facilities, a kitchen with a wood stove, a dining room, a storage room, a separate toilet, a sauna with a shower, a room with an engine and a ski crystal. Upstairs are a living room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with tub, 2 shower rooms and a room with 2 single beds. The house has a garden.
Bed linen, WiFi, sledges, cots and highchairs are available. There is a kicker in the house. In summer, a table tennis table and a giant trampoline can be used. The house is operated with electric heaters.
A deposit of EUR 300.00 is payable on arrival, which will be refunded on departure if no damage to the house and furnishings has been caused.
Arrival can take place from 4 p.m. and departure can be before 10 a.m.
The house is optimally occupied by 8 people.

Das Objekt liegt in perfekter Lage. Am Ende des Ortes Ellmau. Sehr gut geeignet für Feiern da man niemanden stört . Haben Gartenpartys gefeiert mit lauter Musik. Das Haus selber hat genügend Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer für 10 Personen. Ist ein altes sehr gemütliches Haus mit sehr viel Charme . Persönliche sehr nette Begrüßung !!!

Ligging tov skilift ideaal. We waren met 7 volwassenen en 2 kindjes. Qua ruimte prima. Maar huis kan zeker een update gebruiken. Douches erg krap. En erg lage deuropeningen.
