This spacious and well-maintained cottage in Comblinay, Hamoir commune guarantees you a wonderful stay in the countryside. It is located near a farm in operation, on a plot of 1,550 m2. Since the cottage has a bedroom and a bathroom on the first floor, it is also suitable for people who are worse on foot. From the hallway you enter the spacious, well-furnished living room with comfortable seating, dining area and Ardennes wood stove. Wood is available free of charge. The living room offers direct access to the terrace and garden. On the first floor there is also an open kitchen, a bedroom and a modern bathroom with bath and shower. Utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the second floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Large game room with, among other things, table soccer, books and games. The wifi connection is sometimes unstable. You have access to a covered terrace with stunning views. This vacation home in Hamoir has plenty of privacy. There is a swing in the large garden.

In the immediate vicinity you can kayak, hiking, horseback riding and swimming. Two kilometers from the vacation home you can have an excellent meal in Comblain-la-Tour. There is also a train station in Comblain-la-Tour. The famous smallest town in the world Durbuy and thus the golf course of Durbuy are only 20 km from this vacation home.
