About this house rental
The very well equipped holiday home can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The wooden ceilings throughout the house and the exposed truss in EC mediate homely atmosphere. In addition to a well-equipped kitchen and a large living area with double sofa bed, satellite TV, stereo system and an additional stove, located on the ground floor, the bathroom and toilet. On the upper floor there two haunted abeschlossen bedrooms and a loft area.
On two sides of the house can settle comfortably on the terraces, listen to sunbathe, or just nature.
In the southern part of Baden - Württemberg, the young Danube flows through the counties Tuttlingen and Sigmaringen. Connoisseur of the 2850 km long Danube argue this barely 65km section is the most beautiful of the whole river. Here the Danube has its way into countless turns, which laid the length of the waterway over a straight course to more than double, dug through the Jura of the Swabian Alb and thus a wildly romantic, bizarre rocky valley. Beuron with its neighborhood Thiergarten (600 m above sea level) is located in the most beautiful part of the Danube breakthrough.
Gorgeous mixed deciduous forests are combined with the white limestone cliffs, on which numerous castles perched at an attractive distinctive landscape. Many leisure and recreational opportunities in an unspoiled nature invite to many activities.

Ruim vakantiehuis met goede slaapplaatsen, ruime woonkamer en volledig ingerichte keuken.
Voor een gezin met oudere kinderen is het een ideale vertrekpunt om in de omgeving te fietsen, te wandelen en om te kanovaren op de Donau.
Geräumig mit guten Betten, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche.
Für eine Familie mit älteren Kindern, ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die in der Umgebung Radfahren, Wandern und Kanufahren auf der Donau.

Das Ferienhaus "Donaugrund" ist herrlich gelegen an der oberen Donau, es gibt viele Unternehmungsmöglichgkeiten in der Nähe (Kanu fahren, wandern), eine tolle Landschaft. Die Inneneinrichtung und Ausstattung ist prima - aber es ist zu beachten, dass es nur 2 echte Schlafzimmer gibt, also mit Tür. Das dritte sog. "Schlafzimmer" ist nur eine Schlafcouch am oberen Ende der steilen Treppe (die eher eine Leiter ist). D.h. diese Schlafcouch ist zum Haus offen, nicht abgeschlossen und von dort führen Türen in die beiden echten Schlafzimmer. Es ist nur der Treppenabsatz, der zu den beiden Schlafzimmern führt und zudem nicht abzudunkeln. Daher ist die Bezeichnung "Schlafzimmer" für diese Schlafcouch irreführend. Der Weg von den Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoß über die steile Treppe/Leiter zum Badezimmer im Erdgeschoß ist recht weit und mühsam. (Nicht so gut wenn man es eilig hat und noch etwas verschlafen ist.) Aber die Schlafzimmer-Anzahl und der Weg zwischen Schlafzimmern und Bad sind die einzigen Mankos, ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen.
Die 2 Wochen sind verflogen wie im Nu, es gibt viele tolle Wandertouren in der Nähe und das Donautal ist immer wieder eine Augenweide. Natürlich sollte man eine Kanutour auf der Donau nicht auslassen - sonst verpasst man etwas ganz wunderbares! Sehr zu empfehlen auch ein Besuch der Donau-Versickerung/-Versinkung bei Möhringen - absout beeindruckend, im trockenen Flussbett der Donau zu stehen!
Die beiden Restaurants Neumühle und Gutshof Käppler sind beide einen oder mehrere Besuche wert - und beide prima zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Wir haben die ruhige Lage genossen. das Haus war gemütlich und bequem auch für sieben Gäste. das Gärtchen und die Terrasse sind angenehm. Leider ist eine Katze jede Nacht gekommen und hat sie verschmutzt.
Einige Geräte sind ein Bisschen alt geworden : im Badezimmer tropft das Wasserhahn, die Wasserspülung ist zu langsam und der Föhn funktionniert nicht.
In der Küche : in der Spülmaschine ist zuviel Kalk , sowie in der Kaffekanne. die Tür der Mikrowelle schliesst nicht gut und man kann die Minuten nicht mehr zählen.
Die Haustür kann man nur mit Schwierigkeiten auf-und zumachen.
Schade , dass wir niemand kennengelernt haben : die Familie ist nur eine Kontonummer und eine Schlüsselnummer.
