The "Casa Marica" is located on a small hill about 2 km from the lake, the marvelous promenade with the ship mooring and the village of Porto Valtravaglia with its shops and restaurants. It is a quiet and sunny location. In about 10 minutes you can reach the lake and the village center by a small path. Every Tuesday in Porto Valtravaglia a small typical Italian market along the lakeside promenade is held and every Wednesday in the neighboring town Luino the very large market. Thanks to the good connection to the passenger ships you can easily explore the lake by boat. The hinterland also offers a variety of excursion destinations on foot, by mountain bike or by car. The approx. 55 m² tastefully furnished 2-room apartment is located on the first floor of the house and has a covered sunbathing area as well as an approx. 80 m² large communal garden with a nice Freisitz with barbecue. Both from inside as well as from outside you enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the Swiss mountains. There is free Wi-Fi internet access to navigate the internet.
