About this villa rental
100 000 sqm of completely private property - pool, garden, playground, meadows and woods. This 8 bedroom Villa is an absolute gem when it comes to privacy. The private surroundings, exclusively four your use, are wonderful.
Around the pool are sunbeds and sunscreens. Just a few steps above the pool, there is a large charcoal grill bulit from stone along with
a large table. The huge open space is completely fenced, quiet and serene. It is possible to pick fresh eggs, ride on a small donkey and feed domestic animals.
The Villa is perfect for families with children, the garden is safe for pets, and there is plenty of space for parking.
The nearest beach is 15 minutes from the house and the nearest supermarket is 10 minutes drive away.

Very nice house, great for larger groups. Nice hostess. We stayed in the house with a larger group. Everything worked great and everything was very clean.

Das Objekt ist wirklich sehr schön und ordentlich. Alle Zimmer mit eigenem Bad/WC und fast überall Klimaanlagen.
Auch die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieterin war sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Haus buchen!!!

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in Tanja‘s Haus verbracht.
Es ist wirklich alles für eine große Gruppe (mit Kindern) vorhanden.
Schöne Zimmer mit ausreichend vielen Bädern, Klimaanlage (nur im älteren Hausteil gibt es in einem EG Zimmer keine und die oberen drei Zimmer teilen sich eine Klima), Babybetten, Hochstühlen, Tischtennisplatte, Billardtisch, Darts, Tischkicker, einem großen, kühlen Wohnbereich im EG und einem Poolhaus mit großem Tisch, Grill, Plancha-Platte, Spüle und WC direkt am Pool.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Bei den Hühnern kann man jeden Tag ein paar frische Eier holen und gleichzeitig seine Bio-Abfälle verfüttern. Ein Spaß für die Kinder.
Auf dem Bauernhof nebenan gibt es zwei große Hunde, die auch mal in der Nacht bellen. Die Hähne werden bei Tagesanbruch ebenfalls aktiv.
Das Haus liegt weit abgeschieden, man kann so laut sein wie man möchte, keiner stört sich an spielenden Kindern oder Musik.
Lediglich die Anreise per Navi war zuerst eine Herausforderung, da die Wege nicht alle bekannt sind.
Im nächstgelegenen Ort gibt es eine Bäckerei und zwei Supermärkte. Wer mehr Auswahl beim (Groß)Einkauf braucht, sollte ins Kaufland in Pula fahren (ca. 25min entfernt).
Tanja war immer sofort erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.
Für unser Geburtstagskind gab es sogar eine selbstgemachte Torte von der Vermieterin.
Auch Olivenöl konnten wir direkt von Tanja beziehen, toller Service.
Insgesamt ein Daumen hoch für dieses Haus und die Besitzer, wir würden wiederkommen.

Wir waren als Gruppe von 11 Freunden dort. Unsere laute Musik hat durch die Abgeschiedenheit niemanden gestört. Tanja war sehr nett und hat sich um alle unserer Anliegen gekümmert und unser Geburtstagskind hat einen leckeren Kuchen von ihr bekommen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden
