1 apartment (38sqm), balcony, living-dining area with kitchenette and pull-out sofa, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath / shower, max. 3 persons
Bright, sunny apartment on the 1st Located on the floor. The wide, furnished south-facing balcony with a wonderful mountain view lets the day begin with a leisurely breakfast. The kitchen-cum-living room with an equipped kitchenette with 2 ceramic hot plates, refrigerator, microwave and oven. The dining set and sofa bed for one person also offers television and Internet via WLAN for relaxation and entertainment after an eventful day. The rustic bedroom with double bed and new laminate floor also has a make-up option.
Our guests are welcome to use the sunny west terrace for barbecues.
A charcoal grill and an electric grill are available.
The large lawn invites you to sunbathe.
Please note: Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

Wir haben überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden. Es lief alles super. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen , dafür war es aber überdurchschnittlich sauber!!!!

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und verfügt über alles was man benötigt.Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr gut erholt.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung mit Kochnische. Einfach eingerichtet und sauber. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Die enthaltene Chiemgau-Karte ist klasse. Wir haben unseren kompletten einwöchigen Urlaub mit den Aktivitäten, die in der Chiemgau-Karte enthalten sind, gefüllt. Seilbahnfahrten, Fußballgolf, Schwimmbadbesuche, Besuch des Mammutmuseums, Fahrradverleih hätten sonst ein kleines Vermögen gekostet.
Sofern man ein Auto zur Verfügung hat, ist die Ferienwohnung super gelegen, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Einen Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor der Tür.
Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Nette kleine Wohnung mit schönem Balkon und tollem Garten den man benutzen darf.
