Exclusive holiday home in beautiful Lenggries in the Isarwinkel with mountain views!
Semi-detached house over 3 floors; 140 sqm living space and 400sqm garden.
Large, spacious living room with Swedish stove, free WiFi, B&O music system, Sony LCD TV (42 inches), DVD player and 2 designer sofas; 2 balconies with a wonderful view of the mountains (especially the Brauneck skiing and hiking paradise);
2 bathrooms + guest toilet (toilet paper for the first few days is provided);
3 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with a new 180x200cm double bed,
1 bedroom with a single bed,
1 bedroom with a pull-out very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people including topper.
Bed linen and towels available. Beds are already made on arrival!
-> The house offers sleeping facilities for five adults.
Separate, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, coffee and Nespresso machine and various spices.
Washing machine and dryer available; Basement room with second fridge, freezer and SAUNA.

Two car parking spaces (one in the garage)
Fantastically landscaped garden with access to the Tratenbach. 400 sqm. Two terraces. BBQ available.
You can start beautiful hiking tours directly from the house, e.g. to the Denkalm. The village center of Lenggries can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Gas station, supermarket, butcher, bakery are only within walking distance.
Lenggries is a beautiful Bavarian village in the Isarwinkel. In winter, the Brauneck ski area attracts as well as a variety of trails, for example in the Jachenau. In summer there are numerous hiking opportunities for beginners to advanced (Denkalm, Geiger- and Fockenstein, Brauneck, Benediktenwand etc.). There are numerous swimming opportunities, such as the Isar, the Sylvensteinsee, the leisure pool Isarwelle, a natural swimming pool etc. Nearby golf courses complete the wide range of sports opportunities.
Other attractions are easily and quickly accessible by car (Bad Tölz, summer toboggan run Blomberg, Tegernsee, Walchensee, Kochelsee, Starnberger See)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus und in Lenggries. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr gut ausgestattet, viel Platz. Ideal für 5 Personen. Sehr ruhige Lage am Ortsrand. Man kann gleich hinter dem Haus loswandern.

Liebe Familie Voigt,
vielen Dank, dass wir in Ihrem wirklich tollen Haus sein durften. Das Haus ist super sauber, hell und sehr ruhig. Man findet alles, was man braucht und noch mehr, denn das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, so dass man sich sofort wohlfühlen kann. Außerdem hat es einen ganz besonderen Flair, den ich nicht benennen kann.....Ich würde es sofort weiterempfehlen. Unsere Zeit dort war viel zu kurz, wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
