Unwinding and relaxing in farmhouse Laone 39!
This fantastic house is located close to the North Sea beach. Within just a couple of minutes you can reach the beach of Renesse by foot. Due to the good location, other facilities can also be found nearby. A popular holiday spot for a relaxing stay for two!
The atmospheric interior of this lovely house make this an ideal spot to unwind together. The living room is styled in a traditional way, which emphasizes the character of the house. This room is spacious and can be found adjacent to the modern kitchen. One bedroom is present. This very modern and complete farmhouse is provided with a lot of luxury. The bathroom is equipped with a lovely rainshower.
The spacious garden has a dining table so you can enjoy your meal outdoors. Whenever the sun is shining, you can enjoy yourself while sunbathing on one of the comfortable sunbeds.

Ein tolles Objekt - 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum schönen, ausgedehnten Strand. 15 Minuten zu Fuß nach Renesse. Wunderbar ruhig und einfach schön. Hier kann man die Seele wunderbar baumeln lassen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir kommen wieder

Eine Unterkunft, die einem „Raum“ gibt. Das Gebäude steht auf einem parkähnlichen Areal mit altem Baumbestand und viel grün drumherum. Der PKW und die teuren Fahrräder standen jederzeit sicher. Die Anbindung an den Strand mit wenigen Metern zu Fuß unmittelbar angrenzend zu erreichen sind ideal. Auch der Einstieg in diverse Radtouren ist von hier aus optimal gegeben.
Das Haus an sich brauchte ein bis zwei Tage Eingewöhnungszeit, da man sich mit zwei Personen erstmal zurecht finden muss. Ein Tisch mit ca. 2,40 m Länge, vollgeladen mit Deko muss zunächst mal in die richtige Struktur versetzt werden. Sehr positiv ist die hallenartige Struktur mit einer enormen Raumhöhe. Das ergibt ein ganz besonderes Wohnerlebnis.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war ebenfalls sehr angenehm und nett. Es hat uns alles in allem gut gefallen.

Das Ferienhaus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und liegt wunderbar ruhig in einer schönen Parkanlage, nur wenige Minuten Fußweg zum Meer und Strand, an dem man ausgedehnte Spaziergänge machen kann.
Es gibt nur kleinere "Schönheitsfehler". So wäre es gut gewesen zu wissen, dass das Haus unmittelbar neben dem Haus der Besitzer liegt. Allerdings sind die Besitzer sehr freundlich und die die Ungestörtheit ist dennoch gewährleistet. Die gut ausgestattete Küche lädt zwar zum Kochen ein, wird allerdings offenbar kaum genutzt...und die weiße Wand direkt am Herd ist eher ungünstig ;-)
Einen Mangel gab es allerdings. Bei Ankunft war das Haus nicht geputzt. Es lag zwar die Bettwäsche und das "Küchenpackchen" im Haus, aber danach war offenbar das Putzen vergessen worden. Die Besitzerin wies darauf hin, dass noch niemand zum putzen dagewesen sei.
Da ich dies BHVK erst kurz vor Dienstende am Samstag nachmittag mitteilen konnte, wurde dies zwar umgehend, aber dann erst Montag nachgebessert (es wurde geputzt).
So etwas sollte bei einer so hochwertigen Immobilie mit entsprechendem (wenn auch angemessenen) Preis möglichst nicht vorkommen.
Allerdings hat dies unser Urlaubserlebnis und unsere Zufriedenheit mit der Unterkunft kaum geschmälert (dennoch deswegen nur 4 Sterne, ansonsten wären es absolut verdiente 5 Sterne) und der Kontakt zu BHVK Leisure war unkompliziert und freundlich.
