Hosting nine bedrooms; one king-size, three doubles with en-suite, three twins, two singles, and two family bathrooms, this property can sleep up to eighteen people. Inside you will also find a cloakroom, kitchen, utility, dining room, sitting room, and a snug. To the outside is off road parking for two cars, as well as roadside parking, and an enclosed courtyard to the rear with a patio and furniture. Located in a wonderful setting with amenities close by, Mayfield Sands is a fabulous cottage in a refreshing part of England.

Travel cot and high chair available on request. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: The ground floor twin is only accessible via the ground floor double. Note: No stag/hen or similar.

Lots of rooms and bathrooms, several ensuite. Two sitting areas, one with TV. More beds /bedrooms than advertised so plenty of room choice for all. There was everything we needed, down to extra bags and dishwasher tablets etc which is always helpful. Small niggles - a toilet for anyone to use on ground floor would have been helpful. Some of the rooms seem quite dark. Some kitchen items were not as clean as we would have liked.
