About this house rental

Welcome to our vacation apartment in the 'Old Mill. 'This Old Mill apartment is located in an 800-year-old water-powered grain-mill building (passed down within our family since 1317).The entire property includes a big farmhouse, with adjacent buildings and a lot of land. Our mill is an historic building, about 200 meters outside the town of Schleusingen. This building was not only used as a mill for centuries, but also as a home by the millers. The apartment has been modernized and completely renovated within the last few years. The apartment is a comfortable, furnished one-bedroom suite that includes a spacious kitchen and bathroom. The apartment will accommodate 2-3 adults and 1-2 children. From the front of your bedroom you can hear the 'mill ditch' roar and your view extends over the woods of the small Thuringian Forest. On the terrace, you can enjoy the 'Original Thuringian Bratwurst' in an idyllic atmosphere.

Wir waren zum Kurzurlaub bei J und S! Sie waren von Anfang an sehr freundlich und haben uns mit tollen Ausflugstipps versorgt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und gepflegt. Unsere Tochter (2 Jahre) hatte Spaß mit den Katzen im Hof und den Schafen auf der Wiese. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Unseren Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung haben wir aufgrund der großzügigen und überaus sauberen Wohnung sehr genossen. Der gesamte Aufenthalt, mit einem zweijährigem Kind, verlief völlig problemlos. Wir hatten sehr guten und schnellen Kontakt zu den Vermietern im Vorfeld. Zudem ist die Ferienwohng sehr gut ausgestattet und auch für Kleinkinder im Alter von zwei Jahren eine Bereicherung. Ein sehr gutes Kinderbett ist vorhanden und lässt sich schnell auf- und abbauen. Insgesamt eine sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub.
