Appartement is vernieuwd en ruim opgezet. Keurig schoon en voorzien van alles wat men nodig heeft. Gelegen vlakbij het centrum van Seefeld in rustige omgeving.

Schöne Wohnung, aber mit folgenden Einschränkungen. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und die Internetanbindung ist recht schwach. Ferner ist das Bad sanierungsbedürftig.

Das Appartment war großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns SEHR wohl gefühlt. Kleine Einschränkungen (älteres Bad, keine Spülmaschine, ...) haben den sehr guten Eindruck kaum geschmälert.

Als wir anreisten, waren wir alleine im Haus. Ab dem 4. Tag gab es oberhalb von uns neue Feriengäste. Die Wohnung ist extrem ringhörig. Jeder Schritt und sogar bei normaler Sprechlautstärke hört man alles. Frühmorgens um 6:45 rissen die Nachbarn die Rollläden hoch und es gab Rambazamba. So reisten wir einen Tag früher als gebucht ab. Ich habe keine Interesse im Urlaub so früh durch Nachbarn geweckt zu werden. Badezimmer steinalt, Duschvorhang stinkt und ist dreckig.
