About this apartment rental
The spacious and bright apartment for 2 to 4 guests in a small two-family house from the early 20th Century lies quietly at the foot of the Niederwald in a dead end. It has two bedrooms, a daylight bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with seating and a large living room with dining area and a wonderful view of the vineyards, the red wine community of Assmannshausen and the Rhine. The famous Rheinsteig trail leads directly past the house, the Niederwald hunting lodge can be reached on foot or with the Assmannshaus chairlift. The village of Assmannshausen invites you to linger with some restaurants and bars. Rüdesheim am Rhein is only about 8 minutes by car from Assmannshausen, trains run every hour, and in the season from Easter to the end of October there are regular excursion boats to the romantic UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley with its multitude of castles and wine villages. In Rüdesheim am Rhein there are just as many restaurants as well as numerous shops and supermarkets.

Schon lange hatten wir uns auf das Night of the Prog Festival gefreut und die Ferienwohnung zum entspannen, ausruhen und richtig gut schlafen zu können. So war es denn auch! Wir hatten wunderbar geschlafen, so dass wir ausgeruht und voller Energie an die Konzerte konnten. Alexandra und ihre Mutter Franziska waren so unkompliziert, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine rundum Wohlfühloase für uns. Ganz ganz herzlichen Dank für die tolle schöne Zeit die wir bei euch erleben durften. Was schöneres und besseres kann ich mir schlicht nicht vorstellen! Hier stimmt wirklich alles: top eingerichtete Wohnung, stimmungsvolles und liebevolles Ambiente, Betten zum richtig gut träumen und die ruhige Lage. Und trotzdem das Dorf, die Restaurants, der Schiffsteg in maximal 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Und ein kleiner Verdauungsspaziergang nach dem Essen tut jedem gut :-)

Eine tolle grosse Ferienwohnung ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich und lag sehr ruhig mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Sehr liebe und freundliche Gastgeberin, die sich drum kümmert das man sich sehr wohlfühlt. Fazit: Das war nicht das letzte mal das wir da waren.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - das Apartment war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Wunderschön der Blick über die Weinberge, günstig für Ausflüge gelegen.
