This converted barn is one of four near the village of Lanivet and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Kestrel Corner is a barn conversion, one of four, set on the owner's working farm near the village of Lanivet. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a four poster double and a twin room. There is also a bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric coal-effect fire. Outside there is off road parking for one car and a shared lawned garden. In a fantastic location, Kestrel Cottage provides a lovely base to be used by friends or a family to explore the surrounding area. Please note: this property does not allow worker / contractor bookings
Amenities: Electric central heating with electric fire and air conditioning. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Water supply is from a borehole on-site. The water is double filtered and the supply is serviced once a year. Please note: due to the shared indoor communal areas legislation which has been released, there will be no shared laundry access until the 17th May. Please note: this property does not allow worker / contractor bookings

Also close by are Bodmin Moor, the National Trust’s Lanhydrock House and Gardens for walking and cycling, as well as the magnificent Eden Project.
