Villa Clotilde, is a greenery property located in the hilly area of Salerno, 5 km from the city center and all the tourist attractions in the area. The structure is well located in a strategic area, close to the motorways, thus reaching all the tourist destinations of the Campania region, including the beautiful city of Naples. The property has three bedrooms with private bathroom in formula B & B: Ylenia Room, Giorgia room and Federica room. There are also two self-catering apartments in the structure, but with independent entrance: Depandance "Lello" consists of double bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom, suitable for two people and with the possibility of adding a bed. "Wanda" mansard, a 90sqm apartment consisting of a large living room, dining area, kitchenette, two bedrooms, terraces on the ground floor, suitable for 5 people. The property has a private pool with guest access only in a few hours of the day and with strict rules to be observed.
