Sur une Ile en bord de marne guest house

While using this lovely cottage as a home base, I found it a good place to unwind after my busy visits to Paris. It was clean and quiet with all the amenities one could want. Clement and Lea are wonderful hosts! Very accommodating, wanting to make sure my stay was nice. It was easy to catch the bus from the vibrant village of Creteil which is a few blocks away. Also, shopping and eateries are available. If you are looking for a place to stay outside of Paris, this is a wonderful option!

I had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful neighborhood with walkable paths to town with all conveniences and of course walks by the river. Clement is a very hospitable but discreet and kind host and I thank him for sharing his home.

Very nice, clean and cozy little house in a beautiful garden. Very well equipped, even with toys for children. Perfect after a busy day in Paris - you can take the Metro to Paris, free parking at the local Metro Station.

Highest recommendation. Excellent facilities and the most helpful and attentive hosts. Superb chalet (Hansel and Gretel style), with a river near the bottom of the garden and use of a kayak if desired. There is a swimming pool and use of an e-bike if you like the idea of evening rides by the river. The old town of Creteil is easily reached, (5 minutes), very charming with a wonderful street market on Sundays. Paris can be easily reached by RER or Metro. We were very touched by the kindness and generosity of the hosts. A birthday cake and champagne appeared by magic when they found it was my birthday. Most touchingly, the lady of the house offered us a lift to the Metro when we were going into Paris for the evening and kindly picked us up from the station when we were returning late. A most kind and generous family who did everything they could to ensure we had a wonderful time.We truly appreciated their thoughtfulness and grace. Our lasting memory will be of the beautiful birdsong, green parrots and beautiful fresh tomatoes and eggs from the chickens. We would very much like to return. Il ya une piscine et l'utilisation d'un e-bike si vous aimez l'idée de promenades en soirée au bord de la rivière. La vieille ville de Créteil est facilement accessible avec un merveilleux marché de rue le dimanche. Très charmant. Paris peut être facilement accessible par le RER ou le Métro. Nous avons été très touchés par la gentillesse et la générosité des hôtes. Un gâteau d'anniversaire et du champagne sont apparus par magie quand ils ont trouvé que c'était mon anniversaire. Le plus touchant, la dame de la maison nous a offert un ascenseur pour le métro quand nous allions à Paris pour le soir et gentiment nous a ramassés de la gare quand nous revenions tard. Une famille très gentille et généreuse qui a fait tout ce qu'ils pouvaient pour s'assurer que nous avons passé un merveilleux moment. Nous avons vraiment apprécié leur attention et leur grâce. Notre souvenir durable sera du beau chant des oiseaux, des perroquets verts et de belles tomates fraîches et des œufs des poulets. Nous aimerions beaucoup revenir.
