The property is presented very nicely. The small kitchen on the second floor with plates & cutlery was a bonus.
The kitchen could do with an electric kettle, and there weren’t any mugs, so we donated the ones we bought.

Easy to access, nice location, free car park nearby and comfortable, great air con.
Build quality of fixtures not the best (ie gaps in skirting boards and door surrounds), bathroom smelt damp and it could’ve been cleaner.
