About this apartment rental
"CASA 11" is a small but welcoming apartment in the historic center, in a quiet street (opposite the Federico II University) and close to all means of transport (metro, train, port, bus) and interesting sites . The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator), just renovated. Composed of entrance, kitchen / living room, double bedroom, bedroom and bathroom. Both rooms have a balcony facing outside, very bright.
The new Metro (Line 1) is located about 200m ("University" station), the port is just a few minutes walk as well as the Central Station ("Garibaldi"). The Decumani with the famous baroque squares, the Duomo, the Chapel of San Severo, Piazza del Plebiscito with Palazzo Reale, Via Toledo ... everything is reachable with a maximum of 10 minutes walk!
The ZTL of the Historic Center starts 50m from the building, so the pedestrian area is very close to the house but still allows you to reach the apartment by car (there are numerous garages in the area but - as in any Italian historical center - park in the street it's not easy or cheap)
The house has an air conditioner to cool / heat the room, double glazed windows and obviously equipped kitchen. On request, you can safely use the washing machine!
*** ATTENTION! THE OVEN DOES NOT WORK (but the cooking stoves does, of course, and you will also find a small microwave)

Marco was the perfect host and his apartment is exactly as described. It is in a great location to visit the historical centre, Spanish Quarter and other great sites. It is within walking distance to the train station where you can catch trains to famous historical sites such as Pompeii. Marco met us at the apartment and welcomed us. He sent us great restaurant recommendations. He also checked in the next day to make sure everything was ok. He agreed a later check out which was much appreciated as our plane was not until the evening. Do not hesitate to book this apartment.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this place hosted by the amazing and friendly Marco. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home in this beautiful space.
Marco made sure we had everything we needed, he was always available and he provided the best local recommendations and tips !
Everything was perfect, the apartment was impeccably clean and it was very calm at night. It is also very well located, making it easy to explore the city by walk. Additionnaly, the apartment was fully equipped with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary cooking essentials and there were also cleaning supplies available.
Overall, I would highly recommend Casa 11 to anyone looking for a fantastic place in Napoli. With its great location, amenities, and wonderful host, it truly has everything we were looking for. Thank you for an unforgettable week-end !

The stay with Marco was great. He was very helpful, always available via Whatsapp and gave and a lot of helpful tips in the area. The entrance to the apartment is a bit daunting, but the area is very safe and super to reach all the main places in Naples.

First off, Marco, the owner, was friendly, quick to respond to my questions. He met us at the apartment and had restaurant recommendations ready for us. But, I rented a two bedroom apartment and one of the bedrooms was locked off from our use. The apartment was clean, no Tvs, which I missed in the description I guess. The building itself is in dire need of repair. You walk through a fence and then into a concrete tunnel to get into the apartment. The hallway itself is dark with barbed wire on some of the railings. The apartment is on the third floor, with no elevator. The owner provides two bath towels, but there is a washing machine, so you can wash them as needed. The upstairs neighbor's dog barked until midnight. I did not feel safe in the building, nor the entire street, but that is my personal feeling. Once again, the owner was wonderful.
