Lovely apartment, everything you needed and good location. Very clean
It said on site parking, but that was not quite correct. We had to message to ask where we parked and then had a job to find it. Had to drive around the town and never did find a parking place. Ended up parking in a space nearby overnight as it was after 5pm free.
Also it should say the room is on the third floor with no lift. The stairs are quite steep and dark if you are elderly. We are in our 70s but quite mobile but some people aren’t and would be difficult.

Exceptionnel appartement. Bâtiments anciens soigneusement rénové et le cachet de la combinaison ancien-moderne. L'appartement est spacieux. Et plein centre de Pont-Aven.
Rien à critiquer. La notice d'instruction est très utile et bien conçue. Peut-être préciser que la boîte aux lettres pour la restitution des clefs est à l'intérieur du bâtiment. D'autant qu'il y en a une à l'extérieur à gauche de la porte d'entrée. Cela ne m'as pas posé soucis mais je suppose que certaines personnes pourrait hésiter.
