The house, directly overlooking the Venice Lagoon, offers a large living and dining area, with magnificent views and a large furnished terrace overlooking the lagoon, where it is possible to eat during the summer or enjoy moments rewarding for the eyes and the spirit.
There are also two bathrooms with all facilities, 1 bedroom with a large double bed and a terrace; 2 double room with terrace / solarium, view of the private pool and internal garden.
The rooms are tastefully furnished, comfortable and equipped with all comforts: modern equipped kitchen, coffee / the / sugar, satellite television, free wifi, full linens, bath products, air conditioning, heating, elevator, parking, covered garage , and especially:
Magnificent view on the Venice Lagoon, separated from the residential complex by a beautiful bike path and nature trail
Private swimming pool with solarium (open from mid-May to mid-September), also equipped with a part with a low water level for CHILDREN.
The whole complex is surrounded by a large and well-kept garden, composed of oaks, oaks and Mediterranean trees, which contains two large green courts with two pools.
On request it is possible to rent bicycles and bike equipment, canoes and electric boats for excursions in the lagoon.
Small animals are also welcome on request.
A security deposit is required upon arrival of € 150.00 which will be reimbursed on the day of departure.
The tourist tax, excluded from the price, is requested upon arrival in the amount of € 0.70 per person / day (from May 1 to September 30) excluding children under 12 years.

Sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Fewo. Ruhige Lage, aber dennoch Zentral. Geschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Toller Ausblick auf die Lagune.
